Opt-out Safety Net

The young team which runs Fiddes Rooms is well aware that moving in with other people, perhaps for the first time is a big step and one which might not work. That’s why we provide a unique opt-out safety net:

On taking up one of our rooms, all tenants sign a standard 6 month assured shorthold. However Fiddes Rooms allows a tenant to break the contract without penalty at any time by giving 1 month’s notice.

So if you decide that it’s not for you, we fully understand.
